Hylands International Trade Law Team has a leading position in international trade law in China, particularly in the areas of anti-dumping, countervailing and WTO dispute resolution. In addition, Hylands International Trade Law Team has consistently represented the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (“MOFCOM”) in participating in response to the foreign countervailing investigations.
